We currently ship everywhere within Canada and within the continental United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii)

Canadian orders:

Free Shipping: Orders $70 and over (after any discounts) ship free.

Shipping Charges: Orders under $70 will incur shipping costs based on the order size and shipping destination.

When your order ships you’ll be receive your tracking number(s) and will be able to track your shipment. 

We pack our pots with the utmost care to ensure they remain securely in place during travel.

We are continuously testing and improving our shipping methods, however if your order was damaged along the way, email us at info@junglesupply.ca and we'll gladly rectify the issue.

No. An order can only ship to a single address. Orders shipping to multiple addresses must be purchased separately.

Can I return any pots? Yes. 

If you are not happy with your order, please email us and send photographs of the issue to info@junglesupply.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns on any unused pot within 14 days of receiving the order.
